Local Supply Chain

We recognise the importance of robust supply chain management as a means of bringing together all the team members under a common goal, allowing involvement in the entire project lifecycle and developing the benefits of better management and more innovative solutions.

Our key to success is the development of an open culture, involvement in the team process and sharing of rewards.

We see this as vital in the successful delivery of the Crossrail project and for this reason will invite interest only from local suppliers and subcontractors who are fully committed to maintaining the high standards set down in our supply chain expression of interest web page. We maintain high standards of Health and Safety and strong policies relating to Equality, Inclusivity and Diversity and we expect our supply chain to follow suit.

We hold “Meet the Buyer” events and we are committed to the GLA’s “Responsible Procurement” Policy the threads of which are closely aligned to our own values and beliefs.

By implementing a fully integrated supply chain we aim to improve project processes, relationships and benchmark performance. We have identified key performance measures to target and monitor design, continuous improvement and best value solutions that extend to our construction partners, meeting our corporate policies and exceeding industry standards.
